This is an A Class 3D Printed limited edition model designed by former. Karting Association President - Jeff Campbell. Includes 1/2 scale vinyl sticker engine name plates!!! 3D Printed 1/2 scale McCulloch Engine - MODEL KIT you assemble! Includes TPU (rubber) spark plug connector and spark plug cover boot, and.Parts are 3D Printed and hand finished to a ready to assemble level. 1/2 scale name plates, vinyl. Sticker (3 sticker plates included: MC8, MC9 and MC91). Crankshaft, connecting rod, piston all rotate and move like a real engine! A realistic model, both fun and educational, the carburetor throttle butterfly valve also rotates!
All porting, internal features & moving parts are accurately represented. Model kit parts like the real thing, that assemble like the real thing! Only screws / nuts, like the real thing! Using proprietary high resolution machines that produce parts injection molding can NOT.

Material is strong stiff PLA , not cheap flexible ABS typically used in model kits (Spark plug conn & boot are TPU rubber). All plastic parts & hardware required to build kits is included. Designed & Made in the USA like the original! Model design by Jeff Campbell, former President of the Vintage. Karting Association (VKA), and avid vintage kart driver & engine builder. Detailed printed instructions with graphic images are included (8 pages, for each model kit). Note: these are limited production model kits, each kit required 40 hours of 3D Printing machine time and 3 hours of careful hand finishing processes. This is NOT a real running engine, this is a plastic model kit, 1/2 scale (1/2 size), for model building and display purposes. 3D printed parts inherently contain small imperfections and may require some adjustments for appearance & fit, using simple tools such as an Exacto knife and sandpaper.
