This is a new open box item. This is a 100% complete kit. I checked the instruction books and everything is there and factory sealed. 12 runners for truck & cab, hood & cab for truck, Tires. Decal sheet, both cars in unopened bags & instruction manuals (1 for the truck & trailer, 1 for both cars).

The box top is a little beat up and one side is a bit warped. I had to tape the corners. But overall it's not to bad.
